About us
The Legal Aid for Foreigners (RH) aids and assists foreign fellow citizens in all legal cases arising from their status as foreigners.
The assistance focuses especially on the obtaining of contacts with lawyers as well as with other persons, administratives, asso-ciations and organizations to guarantee an appropriate support and social care that does justice to the individual situations of the foreign fellow citizens.
The Legal Aid for Foreigners Munich e.V. is an institution to ensure a social and legal welfare of foreign fellow citizens who are needy, victims of political and/or religious persecution or who are disadvantaged due to their status as foreigners in the FRG.
The Legal Aid for Foreigners appeals to the public to inform of the special social and legal situation of the foreign fellow citizens and the problems that arise from this special situation. Furthermore, the Legal Aid for Foreigners wants to present solutions for a peaceful and friendly living of the German and foreign fellow citizens.
The Legal Aid for Foreigners tries to realize
its aims in cooperation with other persons, associations and organizations. The work of the Legal Aid for Foreigners is fianced by membership fees, collections, donations and public events.
The Legal Aid for Foreigners has regular office hours with lawyers within the rooms of the EineWeltHaus in Schwanthalerstraße 80 (Underground line U4/U5, station Theresienwiese).
